Asé, I'm Mercy, an empath, master manifestor and intergalactic warrior goddess (story for another day ><). In my former professional life, I spent 15 years in corporate America where I commanded over $10M for my clients in Real Estate, Investments and high-end luxury goods like wine & diamonds. In 2019, mindfulness saved me when I quit my job, shedding my former identity and slipping into depression. So serendipitously it appeared in my phone news feed. I had no prior knowledge of the term and took a deep dive - that's when life as I knew it changed completely! I landed on meditation and began practicing daily. Mindfulness helped me find PEACE and WHOLENESS within myself - then it became part of my very being and radically altered the way I ate, my relationship with my body and the energy that I put into my work.

I now realize that that moment in 2019 when I first crossed paths with the term 'mindfulness' was Spirit aligning me with my divine purpose.
